We took a long weekend trip to a family condo in St. George. I grew up going there so I love it down there and am happy my kids can now enjoy it too. It was hot but we had a good time. They have a new children's museum that we had to check out. They boys basically stayed on the "green screen" the whole time where you could see yourself on a screen and play sports video games with your body. I could barely get them to do anything else or let anyone else play it. They were even getting mad at adults walking in front of the screen.
Sophie found a few fun things to do.
We went one morning to Snow Canyon State Park which is gorgeous!
Played on the sand dunes and found animal tracks.
Attempted to go on a hike which we never actually found the trail but the boys were happy to do some rock climbing.
Went to the splash pad. Jace thought he was too old and Sophie wouldn't do much. Oh well.
We also did lots of swimming at the condo pool (minus Sophie who all of a sudden was terrified of water). We also watched hockey playoffs at the condo and enjoyed some yummy food.
Sophie only did this 30 minutes on each leg of our 5-hour trip. We had a great getaway!

Looks so fun! We were stuck in the desert room at the museum picking up the foam shapes.
