We had an awesome Christmas. We missed being with Mitchell family in Illinois, but since last year we moved in on Christmas Eve, we were just so happy to be here and not have anywhere to go! Ryan took the boys to see Frozen on Christmas Ever, which they loved. After that we carried on the Mitchell tradition and went and ate pizza then drove around to look at Christmas lights. They opened their pajamas from Grandma and Grandpa Mitchell, left some cookies out for Santa and then off to bed!
Seriously can never get a normal picture with these two.
And when they woke up Santa had come!
Half asleep boys anxious to open presents. They got up ~7:30, yes! Sophie missed everything by not getting up until about 9.
Jace testing out his new Spooner (can do snowboard/skateboard-ish tricks with it) and his new Bears hat.
Sophie got a new doll stroller and since she's now walking (finally, at 16 1/2 months!) she loves pushing it around.
She is such a happy cutie most of the time.
We had our traditional Christmas breakfast and spent the day playing with toys. We had a nice Christmas dinner at my parents house with my sister Emily's family. It was great!

Yes, we so missed you!! We're crossing our fingers that you make it out to Maryland (and we promise to take you to NYC!!) again this year!!
It looks like you had a great Christmas and Thanksgiving. Your kids are growing up. Looks like they got a lot of fun things for Christmas.
