We grew up going camping high in the Uintah Mountains in the middle of the wilderness. My dad still continues the tradition and since we are in Utah now Jace got to go. This was the first time he was away from home without us and he did great! They went for 2 nights. He said he saw a deer with those binoculars.

Being crazy. Gauge taught him what number 1 and number 2 is. Jace was pretty excited about that.
Playing checkers. He did great and had such a fun time. He said his sleeping bag was way more comfortable than his bed at home and slept until 9:30 each morning (seriously? he's never slept that long at home!). He was also pretty excited about eating Cocoa Pebbles for breakfast, something he never gets at home!
